History: He got into the Blacksmith business at a young age. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He became a Blacksmith soon after.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Barber. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and a rival would like him out of the picture
