History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Arannis reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He now owns his own business.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was born in the west. Heian was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Heian decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
