Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Rael took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up warhammer and armor he uses now. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly hand crossbows and scythes. His hair is black and very short. His hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Priest but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. After a long history of fighting, Nim and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Description: He is a pot bellied western man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He very much looks the part of a Miller. He has shaved his head bald. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Uthemar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His childhood dream was to be a Sailor, but he was a colossal failure. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Miller.

Motivation: To be a Sailor again; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head, marred by beers. His hair is blonde and very short. His eyes are hazel and catlike.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature axe.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears a pastel coat over a brown low-cut shirt, and a wide-brimmed hat upon his head. His brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He bought a sai and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he's looking for his big break
