History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Carter. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He got into the Carter business at a young age. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Carter. He became a Carter soon after.
