He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Erdan was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Erdan decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: He was born into a rich family. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Naeris was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.
