History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Paelias decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
