Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and wears pastel leather gloves, a pastel jacket, and tight pants. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His blonde hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Uthemar will drive conversation. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Uthemar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Uthemar. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
