History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. History: Vanuath was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
