History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Gifted from a young age, Raer studied abroad. His first spouse was a Servant, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
