Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His hair is cut close to his head. He has gleaming, smiling gray eyes.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Rolen was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Rolen was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Rolen decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

He has dyed his greying blonde hair a little too much giving a sharp blonde color. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Rolen grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Rolen. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Rolen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Tharivol was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and a deep hatred of orcs
