Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Himo grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. History: He was born in the east. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
