Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Peren was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.
