History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Theren grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Theren. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born in the east. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
