History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gifted student he started as a Tanner, but he got bored and became a Navigator. He's also a talented Tanner, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy silver stubble. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. He has a hunchback. His silver hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. This gray eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Varis wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... Varis is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has achieved small success as a Glassblower.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Glassblower responsibilities is difficult.

Description: He is a pot bellied western man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He is wearing a long, white, dusty cloak. His auburn hair has been sun bleached extensively. He has a dull look in his amber eyes.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Naal grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Naal fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep brown leather and dull green iron scale mail. His tied-back hair is red. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are blue.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. In his youth he was a Bather, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger sister on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Bowyer and was forced into it by his family; and to reunite with his old friends
