History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

History: He was born into a rich family. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Thervan was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.

He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Koeth lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Guard. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.
