Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Varis took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up greataxe and armor he uses now. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Description: This western man is abnormally tall. He wears a violet vest and prefers yellow and pastel shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He wears a broad hat to cover his moderate length chestnut hair. His gray eyes peer out from beneath his broad violet hat.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Suhnae was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Theriatis liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Theriatis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.
