History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. Through the years after Rolen was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Rolen's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Sage arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Sage for the past few years.
