Laucian's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Miner for hire.

He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end.

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he wears bulky black painted plate armor. Sporting a black mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His half smiles and brown eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Rolen grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Rolen. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Korfel was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Korfel liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He bought a ceremonial dagger and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
