History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
