History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He worked as a nervous Shoemaker and found it very stressful. He has achieved small success as a Shoemaker.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: This late middle aged man wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination and is in decent physical shape. His hair is silver and curly. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Halimath will drive conversation. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Halimath hails from a village terrorized by brigands. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
