Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His hair is auburn and curly. This gray eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Heian was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name.
