History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Personality: Efferil is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Efferil alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Efferil fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
