History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Varis took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up pickaxe and armor he uses now. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He worked as a nervous Bather and found it very stressful. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
