Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Mindartis was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bookbinder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Elf, and stands approximately 4'8". He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition, and his gloved hand is found clutching a halberd. His black hair is cut short. His gray eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Aust was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. A freak accident while working with his Shoemaker mother left him crippled. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Galinndan was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature halberd.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Arannis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Arannis. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.
