History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Nutae and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Ivellios was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Nim hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Nim has worked very hard to control his curse. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Personality: Hadarai is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to prove his worth to the world
