Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Assassin arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. His addictions have taken their toll on his wallet, and he has found himself with a great deal of debt owed.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
