History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting illithids, the young Mindartis began to lead the lost caravan. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shepherd for hire.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Layabout profession.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 7 years.

Motivation: To be a Layabout again; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: Born to a Laborer, his father struggled to pay the bills. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
