He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed whip, just in case and is in decent physical shape. His moppish black hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.

Personality: Tharivol is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When Tharivol reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.
