History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Born in the west to a Stableman, Heian learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and sabotage a competitor
