History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Berrian grew up listening to his father's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Beiro lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

History: He was born in the south. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hadarai grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hadarai. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
