Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He was born in a small desert village. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sculptor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Dyer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He tends to his Dyer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Nim was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bookbinder for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Bookbinder responsibilities is difficult; and expand his business
