Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: The child of a Detective, who enjoyed hunting, Heian was taken on many hunting expeditions. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Tailor. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
