History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Being a Laborer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Efferil embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
