History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Beiro was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Through the years after Beiro was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Beiro's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He's also a talented Actor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Doctor mother left him crippled. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and to prove his worth to the world

Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed hand crossbow, just in case, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His black hair has been sun bleached extensively. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Courier. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Courier and was forced into it by his family; and to reunite with his absent father

Description: This southern man is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. His clothes are grease stained in places. He wears his white hair up. His eyes are blue and catlike.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bather hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Born to a Carpenter, his father struggled to pay the bills. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
