Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Born in the south to a Barrister, Soveliss learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Soveliss was a troubled youth.
