To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Carrie. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Lucan was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Barrister work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barrister work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Barrister and occasionally as a mercenary.
