History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Halimath was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Fortune-teller. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bookbinder they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Fortune-teller, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Fortune-teller and was forced into it by his family; and an old rival family wants him found
