History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Peren was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born in a small desert village. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He bought a flail and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Naill hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. He has a long black beard with little hanging trinkets. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Servant arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
