History: Naeris was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Description: This late middle aged man typically wears black cloth garments or leather armor and is in decent physical shape. His auburn hair is thinning but still full. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Naill embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Naill was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Naill never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature bastard sword.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is his passion
