History: Naal hails from a village terrorized by orcs. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Locksmith born in the past three hundred years. Ivellios enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A gifted student he started as a Mason, but he got bored and became a Locksmith. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Locksmith responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
