History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Nim was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Nim decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born in the north. A gifted student he started as a Fisher, but he got bored and became a Fletcher. He tends to his Fletcher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Through the years after Quarion was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Quarion's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
