His father taught him the rudiments of the Carter arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Peren was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.

He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Navigator. He has worked as a Navigator like his father before him.
