History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and doesn't want to be a marshal and was forced into it by his family

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shepherd hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He tends to his Locksmith job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
