History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Arannis is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Shoemaker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Shoemaker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Map Maker. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 4 years.

Motivation: Seeks redemption.
