Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Interpreter profession.

History: Born to a Interpreter, his father struggled to pay the bills. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Detective. He has achieved small success as a Detective.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Detective responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Paelias alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A freak accident while working with his Fortune-teller father left him crippled. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a green vest and prefers blue and violet shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His red hair is knotted and matted. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Nutae never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. The war was a terrible time for him, and Berrian does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. When Berrian reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he feels kind of lost in life
