History: He was born in a small mountains village. A gifted student he started as a Scribe, but he got bored and became a Ruler. He struck the Ruler job and began his own company from there.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
