Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Performer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Performer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Description: This late middle aged man wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination and is in decent physical shape. He has done his best to style his black hair to look like a famous performer. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: Traki was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

His hair is long and silver with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small pastel clips. His beard is black, braided, and well cared for. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Lamlis lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Guard responsibilities is difficult; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: He was born in the north. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: This man is very fat, and wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His white hair is long and unkept. His ears are large.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gennal embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. After a long history of fighting, Gennal and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it.
