History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the east were limited. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to be a butcher again

Description: He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a brown coat. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His white hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Heian grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Heian. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
