Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Heian was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.

His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear
