Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Varis was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Varis decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He got money to start a business from the gang present in town. He is greatly indebted to them.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wants to work out more often

His tied-back hair is silver. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He hates Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Baker. He has achieved small success as a Baker.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and to find somewhere to settle down
